Privacy policy

• Order details. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you ordered, and any note you leave for us.
• Account details, if you create one. Your email, and any name, phone number and saved addresses you choose to add.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.
• Restock requests. If you ask to be told when something is back, we keep your email until we have told you.
• Basic technical data. Your IP address, used to rate limit checkout and block abuse.

To take payment, pack and deliver your order, contact you about that order, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you have an account, we also use your order history to suggest items you buy regularly. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

Only the services needed to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes payments and sends card receipts.
• Supabase hosts our database and accounts.
• Vercel hosts and serves the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that checkout requests come from a person.
• Resend delivers order emails.
• Anthropic powers some optional suggestion features. Product and order information may be sent for that purpose. Your payment details never are.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Restock requests are deleted once fulfilled.

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email kotas99@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your personal details; we keep the minimum order record the law requires, with your personal information stripped out.

You can order as a guest without creating an account, and you can decline marketing emails at any time without affecting your ability to order.

We use only what the shop needs to work: a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser storage to remember your cart between visits. We do not run third party advertising trackers.

The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
