Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us. We cannot redeliver free of charge to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Your subtotal, delivery fee and New Jersey sales tax are itemised before you pay.

We try to keep the catalogue accurate, but occasionally an item is mispriced or shows as available when it is not. Where an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and either honour the order, offer a substitute, or cancel and refund that item.

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery areas, fees and minimum order values are shown before you pay. Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and can be affected by weather and traffic. See the returns, refunds and delivery policy for the full detail.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging, brand and pack size can change without notice. Always read the label on what you receive, particularly for allergens and dates. Where the label on the product differs from the description here, the label is authoritative.

Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice. Herbal and ayurvedic products are sold as food and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Keep your account details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, place automated bulk orders, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with other customers. We may refuse service where this happens.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in good condition. Where something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to refunding or replacing the affected items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
